Switch to a POP Address

When forwarding to a non-misk email address, email forwarding addresses can be occasionally unreliable due to spam filtering done by your destination address.

If this is your primary email address, you may want to consider setting it up as a POP address, which will avoid filtering and deliverability issues at the destination addresses.

Switch Email Forwarding to POP Email

1. Login to your Control Panel at https://www.misk.com/cp/
2. Click on your Domain Name
3. Under Essentials in the top area, click Email
4. To the right of your email forwarding address, click on the [x] button to delete it
5. Click + Add Email Address
6. Select Email - Essentials (or Email - Upgraded if you have an Upgraded Email Package)
7. Enter the email name (same as the one deleted) and a password of your choice
8. Click Add

Access the Email Address
You can now access your email using our webmail client, any email client (ie. Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird), or a third party webmail client (ie. Gmail).
