Spam Filtering

Common Questions
Vacation Messages / Auto-responders
We do not currently offer vacation messages or auto-responders. Vacation auto-responders can have the effect of amplifying spam and getting our mail servers blacklisted. This happens because auto-responders will respond to all messages, including spam and spoofed senders. As a result, other mail servers can block mail servers that send these auto-responders thus affecting your overall email deliverability. We are looking at developing a workaround for this issue and may release something that addresses it in the future.
