If the transfer confirmation email address is incorrect, you may need to update your domain's whois record with your current registrar. You will then need to cancel and restart the transfer to use the new email address by following the instructions below.
Step 1 - Update Whois Contact
Contact your current registrar and ensure the correct registrant email address is listed in the whois ownership record for your domain.
Step 2 - Cancel the Transfer
You will need to cancel the current transfer order before restarting the transfer.
- Login to your Control Panel at https://www.misk.com/cp/
- Scroll down to the Incoming Transfers section
- To the right of the domain, click on Cancel Transfer to cancel the order
Step 3 - Restart the Transfer
Start a new transfer at https://www.misk.com/#transfer to use the new email address.
