When you start an incoming domain transfer, a confirmation email is sent to the registrant email address listed on your transfer order. This email contains a unique link that you'll need to click on to complete the transfer by entering the domain's auth code and accepting our terms of service.

Resend Transfer Confirmation Email

  1. Login to your Control Panel at
  2. Scroll down to the Incoming Transfers section
  3. To the right of the domain, click on Resend Approval Email to resend the confirmation email

Confirmation Email Address Incorrect
If the transfer confirmation email address is incorrect, you'll need to cancel and restart the transfer to use a different email address.
