Tumblr

Tumblr is a popular easy-to-use blog hosting platform. Connect your Tumblr blog with your domain by following the instructions below.

Step 1: Create the DNS Record

1. Login to your Control Panel at https://www.misk.com/cp/
2. Click on your Domain Name
3. Point the domain
   
   • For the main domain (i.e., www.example.com)
     
     1. Under Essentials in the top area, click Website
     2. Click CNAME / Hostname
   • For a subdomain (e.g., blog.example.com)
     
     1. Under Essentials in the top area, click DNS
     2. Click Add Record and select CNAME
     3. Enter the Subdomain you want (e.g., blog)
4. Enter domains.tumblr.com as the hostname
5. Click Save

Step 2: Complete Setup with Tumblr

1. Login to Tumblr
2. At the top of your dashboard, click Settings (gear icon)
3. On the left side, click the blog you’d like to update
4. Check Use a custom domain name
5. Enter your domain name or subdomain
6. Click Test your domain
7. Click Save
