Renew an Upgraded Email Package and continue taking advantage of the increased mailbox size and attachment limits.
How to Renew
- Login to your Control Panel at https://www.misk.com/cp/
- Scroll down to the Upgraded Email Packages section
- To the right of your package, click on Renew to add it to your cart
- Follow the checkout process and pay for your renewal to complete the process
- You'll receive an email once the renewal is processed
Expiration
As long as your domain name and essentials package (if present on the domain) haven't expired, we will continue to accept incoming email for your Upgraded Email Package for up to 15 days after expiration. You will not be able to check your email because your package has expired, but you won't lose any email and will be able to receive it all once the package is renewed. The renewal grace period for Upgraded Email is 15 days. If you don't renew it within 15 days, the email address and any messages on it will be deleted from our server.
