Contact Information

It is very important to keep your contact information up to date.

There are two sets of contact information: the account contact and the domain ownership contact.

Update Account Contact Information

This is the contact information for your account. If this information is outdated, we will be unable to reach you about important issues with your account or domain name(s), such as upcoming product expirations.

  1. Login to your Control Panel at
  2. Click the Edit button next to Contact Information
  3. Update any contact information that has changed
  4. Click Save Changes

Update Domain Ownership Information

Each domain has its own ownership (whois) contact information. This is separate from your account contact information and is used to determine ownership of the domain. It needs to be kept up to date. See Whois Ownership to update it.

Beware of Scams

Changes to your account and domains can only be made via your Control Panel. Always insist on going to our website to make any changes or renewals. See Domain Scams for examples and how to protect yourself.

We generally respond within hours on weekdays. Holidays and weekends may take longer.

Protect Your Password
Never share your password. We will never ask for it.

Beware of Scams
Don't be tricked into renewing domains with a company that has no right. A domain can only be renewed through our website.
