It is very important to keep your contact information up to date.
There are two sets of contact information: the account contact and the domain ownership contact.
Update Account Contact Information
This is the contact information for your Misk.com account. If this information is outdated, we will be unable to reach you about important issues with your Misk.com account or domain name(s), such as upcoming product expirations.
- Login to your Control Panel at https://www.misk.com/cp/
- Click the Edit button next to Contact Information
- Update any contact information that has changed
- Click Save Changes
Update Domain Ownership Information
Each domain has its own ownership (whois) contact information. This is separate from your account contact information and is used to determine ownership of the domain. It needs to be kept up to date. See Whois Ownership to update it.
Beware of Scams
Changes to your account and domains can only be made via your Misk.com Control Panel. Always insist on going to our website to make any changes or renewals. See Domain Scams for examples and how to protect yourself.
