Blogger

Blogger is a free blog hosting platform. Connect your Blogger site with your domain by following the steps below.

Step 1: Obtain the DNS Values

1. Login to Blogger and go to your blog to edit
2. Click on Settings -> Basic
3. Under Publishing, click on +Setup a 3rd party URL for your blog
4. Enter your domain name (e.g., www.example.com)
5. Click Save
6. This will return two CNAME records to be created.

Step 2: Create the DNS Pointing Record (1st CNAME)

1. Login to your Control Panel at https://www.misk.com/cp/
2. Click on your Domain Name
3. Point the domain
   
   1. For the main domain (i.e., www.example.com)
      
      1. Under Essentials in the top area, click Website
      2. Click CNAME / Hostname
   2. For a subdomain (e.g., blog.example.com)
      
      1. Under Essentials in the top area, click DNS
      2. Click Add Record and select CNAME
      3. Enter the Subdomain you want (e.g., blog)
4. Enter ghs.google.com as the hostname
5. Click Save

Step 3: Create the Verification Record (2nd CNAME)

1. Click Add Record again and select CNAME
2. Enter the Subdomain as what Blogger lists for the Name (string of numbers and/or letters)
3. Enter the Hostname as what Blogger lists for the Destination (gv-...etc)
4. Click Save

Step 4: Complete with Blogger

1. Return to Blogger and go to your blog to edit
2. Click on Settings -> Basic
3. Under Publishing, click on +Setup a 3rd party URL for your blog
4. Enter your domain name (e.g., www.example.com)
5. Click Save
