How do I Send a Payment through Western Union?

With the Western Union QuickPay service you'll be able to send us urgent payments electronically. Simply bring your cash payment in local currency - where applicable - to a participating Western Union location.

Sending a Payment through Western Union QuickPay

Step 1. - Calculate the cost of the Payment

During the registration process you will create a Misk control panel if you have not already created one. Please take note of your Misk username that you create as you will need to include this with your payment so your credit may be applied correctly.

Step 2. - Visit a local, participating Western Union QuickPay agent

You can use the Agent Locater on http://www.westernunion.com/ to find the nearest Western Union Agent location or call the Western Union Commercial Services Network Agent in your country (listed in your phone book).

Note: The merchant MUST be using the blue QuickPay form. If they do not offer QuickPay, please choose a different payment method.

Step 3. - Request the QuickPay Form

Request a QuickPay Form at the participating local Western Union location.
This form may show words such as 'Payment Services' or 'QuickPay' printed in the applicable local language.
The QuickPay form is Blue - Do not use the Yellow, or any other colored form.

Step 4. - Fill out the QuickPay Form

Use the following information on the form in addition to your contact information:

  • Company Name: Misk.com
  • Company Code: MISK, NY
  • Country: USA
  • Account Number: Your Misk Username

Step 5. - Complete the Payment with the Western Union Agent

Once you have made the payment, the Western Union Agent will issue a unique transaction identification number known as a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). This is your confirmation number for the payment.

Payment Received

When we receive confirmation of the payment from Western Union, a credit for that amount will be applied to your username and we will notify you by email that your account has been credited.

Step 6. - Apply Credit Towards Purchase

Once your account has been credited you may sign into your Misk.com control panel to complete your credit.

How long do QuickPay payments take to be received?

Western Union payments are normally received and processed by our billing department within 1 business day.

If we do receive notification from Western Union of the payment before 5pm EST, the payment should be applied the same business day.

My Payment hasn't been applied yet. Haven't you received it yet?

If it has been more than 1 business day and you have not received an email from us that your account has been credited, please email support@misk.com with your MTCN number so we may have or billing department look into the issue with Western Union.
