Unlocking your Domain for Transfer

1. Login to your Account Manager.
2. If you have more than one domain name, click on the domain name for which you want to change the Domain Protect status.
3. At the top of the Domain Details section, to the right of Domain Protect, click on the Edit link (if there is only a Turn On link, then Domain Protect has already deactivated)
4. Select the radio button next to Turn Domain Protect off, then click on the Save button

What Is Domain Protect

1. Login to your Account Manager.
2. Under the Domain Names section, select Manage Domains.
3. Select the domain name you want to unlock.
4. In the Domain Details section, select Unlock Domain.
5. Select Single Domain.
6. Select Unlocked.
7. Click Save Changes.

Locking and Unlocking Your Domain Name

1. Login to your Account Manager.
2. Select the domain name you wish to make the changes to from the main menu.
3. Find the ENABLE/DISABLE DOMAIN LOCK section of the page
4. Click on Disable Domain Lock, click the Continue button to confirm the change.

How do I disable my Domain Lock?

1. Login to your Account.
2. Choose menu option DOMAINS and then my domains
3. Click on the domain name you wish to modify. This will take you to the Domain Name Control Panel, a page that allows you to edit all settings for this particular domain.
4. Click General Settings and enable or disable the lock and then click save.

4. In the dropdown menu under "Step 2, Select Which Management Option You Want to Perform"
5. Select Unlock Lock these domains - to allow transfers

• Under "Customer Settings," select "Set Transfer Security,"
• Click the orange "Change Security Settings for Individual Domains" tab near the bottom.
• Select the domain that is on High security or Normal Security
• Submit the transfer status change.
