Having Troubles Logging In or Using the Control Panel?

Most login and control panel issues are due to incorrectly configured web browser settings.

Repeatedly Brought to the Login Screen

If you attempt to login and are repeatedly brought back to the login screen without any error being returned you will need to Enable Cookies in your web browser.

Icons do nothing when clicked on

If you are in your Misk control panel and are unable to click any of the icons on the page, you will need to Enable Javascript in your web browser.

Cannot Connect to Misk.com

If you are receiving an error when attempting to reach our site, that is similar to "You cannot connect to misk.com because SSL is disabled", you will need to Enabling SSL in your browser before you can proceed.

I've made changes, but they are not showing up in my control panel

This is usually caused by your browser "caching", or saving old information. Please Check Your Browser Caching settings before you proceed.
