How do I Transfer the Ownership of a Domain to Someone Else?
The Technical and Legal Owner of a domain name is the person listed as the Registrant in the WHOIS Information of a domain name.
To transfer the ownership of a domain name to someone else, all you have to do is update the Registrant for the domain name.
With the exception of .ca, .eu and .uk domain names, you may update all of the WHOIS details, including the Administrative Contact Information directly through your control panel.
Updating the Registrant of the Domain Name through your Misk.com Control Panel
- Please visit http://www.misk.com and login to your "Control Panel" using your username and password.
- Click on your domain name under "All Domains".
- Click on Update WHOIS in the "Domain Actions" panel.
- You may then update the contact information for the new Registrant.
- Click Save Settings to confirm the changes.
