Selling a Domain Name

Are you looking to sell your Domain Name?

If you've sold a domain, you may simply Internally Transfer the domain name to the new owner to give them access to the domain name.

The Process of Selling a Domain Name

Step 1. Create New Account

If the new owner doesn't have one all ready, they will need to create a new Misk username.

Step 2. Email Support

Send your request to support@misk.com.

Make sure to include:

  • The Domain(s) to be transferred
  • The new Misk Username

Please send your request from your current Administrative Email Address.

If you are not sure what your Administrative Email Address is currently listed as, please follow the instructions on How to Check Your Admin Email Address.

If your Administrative Email Address is not up to date, please Update Your Contact Information.

Step 3. Transfer Completed

Once the Internal Transfer has been completed we will send notification to the administrative email address of both the new and old Misk.com usernames.

The new owner can then login to their own account to update the contact information and fully manage the domain name.
