Locking a domain name prevents it from being transferred away from Misk.com.
Domains should remain locked unless you plan on transferring the domain registration away from Misk.com.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Please visit http://www.misk.com and login to your "Control Panel" using your username and password.
- Click on your domain name under "All Domains".
- Click on Domain Locking in the "Domain Actions" panel.
- Click Lock or Unlock to perform the desired action.
Note: Not all domain extensions support locking.
Currently, .ca, .uk and .eu domains do not use locking. The locking icon in the Control Panel will not be visible for these domain names.
These domains have other tools to prevent unwanted transfers.
