Domain Transfers must be confirmed by the administrator within 7 days or the transfer will fail.
Domain Transfers are usually not confirmed because the administrator did not receive the Confirmation Emails for one of the two reasons:
Old Contact Information
The confirmation instructions are sent to the administrative email address listed in the WHOIS record for the domain name.
Please Check your Administrative Email Address before re-initiating the transfer.
Spam Filtering
If you have access to the administrative email address on the domain but you did not receive the confirmation instructions, the email may have been picked up the Spam Filter on your email account. Please check your Spam or Bulk folder(s) for the messages.
If the confirmation instructions are not in your Spam or Bulk folder(s), please Whitelist our email address and then re-initiate the transfer.
A domain name cannot be transferred to a new registrar within 60 days of the initial registration or since a previous transfer.
Once the 60 days have passed, you may re-initiate the transfer.
