The following is what normally happens when an Email Account Expires:
- Email Address Deleted
- Old Emails are Permanently Deleted
- New Emails are Returned Bounced to the sender
We understand how important all emails are to our customers and we have changed the way Misk.com email accounts expire.
What Does Misk.com do differently?
On the expiration date, the access to your email account is disabled so you will receive an error prompting you to renew your domain name. However, we do not immediately delete your old messages and start blocking messages sent to you.
We give our customers a brief Grace Period to renew your Email Package before these irreversible actions are taken.
Warning!
If you fail to renew your POP email package within 7 days, all of your stored emails will be deleted from our server.
Renewing your POP Email Package
If your POP email package has recently expired or is due to expire shortly, you may renew your POP Email Package right through Misk control panel by following the instructions below.
- Please visit http://www.misk.com and login to your "Control Panel" using your username and password.
- In the "POP Email Package Management" panel, click on Renew under "Action".
- You may then select the "Renewal Term" and click on Add To Cart.
- Review your order and click on the Checkout button.
You may then pay for the renewal of your POP Email Package using your chosen method of payment.
