Enabling Cookies

In order to correctly use the Control Panel and Webmail Client your browser will need to be configured to accept cookies.

Please follow the instructions below to configure your web browser to correctly accept cookies.

Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. In the top menu bar, click Tools and then Internet Options.
3. Click on the Privacy tab.
4. Under Settings, click Advanced.
   
   
   
   
5. Select Override automatic cookie handling.
6. Make sure that Accept is selected under First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies.
7. Select Always allow session cookies.
8. Click OK and then click OK again.
   
   

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
2. In the top menu bar, click Tools and then Options.
3. At the top of the window, click Privacy and then select the Cookies tab.
4. Check the box next to Allow sites to set Cookies.
5. Click OK.
