If you do not have browser caching correctly setup on your web browser, information in your control panel and other sites may not be refreshing correctly.
Please follow the instructions below to clear your cache and correctly setup your browser caching.
Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer.
- In the top menu bar, click Tools and then Internet Options.
- Click on the General tab.
- Under Temporary Internet files, click Settings.
- Select Automatically.
- Click OK and then click OK again.

Mozilla Firefox
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- In the top menu bar, click Tools and then Options.
- At the top of the window, click Privacy and then select the Cache tab.
- Click the Clear Cache Now button.
- Click OK.
