You will receive this error if the email address you were trying to send to does not exist.
What you should do:
Check that the email address was spelled correctly
Make sure that both the parts before and after the "@" sign are correct.
If you are receiving a bounced message that says the recipient's mailbox is full, they will need to delete messages from their inbox before you will be able to send them a new message.
When you get this error you should do the following:
Check that you sent the message to their current email address
You may be sending the message to an old email address.
Try sending the message to them through an alternative email address.
Try to contact the recipient to let them know their mailbox is full
They may not know that their mailbox is full.
If you cannot reach them by email try to get in touch with them in another way, such as calling them to let them know that you were having troubles sending email to them.
